| The Mighty Wye Oak!. The Oldest , Largest White Oak Tree in Maryland & The USA ! 1540? - June 6, 2002 |
It has been ten years since the Wye Oak was felled by
Mother Nature. To commemorate my years of making
pens from this tree and to describe my business
better I have decided to change my business name to
Olde Wye Pen Company. I will still be making pens,
etc. from the Wye Oak as well as from various other
woods and specialty items. I am also celebrating my
tenth year in business in 2012.

About my products:
I am Maryland's ORIGINAL pen maker of pens and desk accessories from the
Wye Oak since 2004. I hand-craft and finish my items one at a time.

A Little About What I Do:

I produce handmade writing instruments and accessories from various types of
woods, dyed veneers, acrylics, and other items. The woods I use are Domestic,
Exotic & Rare Woods from sustained sources, and recycled wood.
My product line includes, but not limited to, Pens & Pencils of various styles, Letter
Openers, Magnifiers, Key Rings, Bracelet Helpers, Wine Bottle Stoppers, Money
Clips, Vanity Accessories, and Desk Accessories.
Each product I produce is a "One-Of-A-Kind" since there are no two pieces of
wood exactly alike.
